Target frame rate15 fps Above about twenty the extra frames rarely change how fast a symbol is found. Processing size640 px Longest edge of the image the decoder sees. The browser scales the frame before it crosses into C#. Scan region70% Duplicate suppression2 s Zero reports every frame that decodes, which is useful for measuring throughput. Preferred camera Applied the next time the camera is started.

Advanced tuning

Everything here is a property of BbScannerOptions, passed through the Options parameter. Formats and Region are still applied on top of it.

Scan lines per orientation15 How many lines each orientation gets when looking for linear symbols. Downsample factor1 Subsamples while converting to grayscale. Quadratic, and costs the smallest readable symbol.

Try harder (exhaustive detection and the full rotation sweep) Allow inverted (light on dark) symbols Read linear symbols right to left as well Scan columns and tilted lines, for rotated linear symbols Require the Code 39 modulo 43 check character Interpret Code 39 as full ASCII

Accepted ITF lengths ITF has no check character, so its accepted lengths are the main guard against a truncated read.
